Anza initially came to Digital Fresh looking for help with a handful of technical challenges on their Shopify store. After auditing the site, it became clear the opportunity went far beyond fixing individual issues.
The store needed a stronger technical foundation, a clearer roadmap and an experienced ecommerce partner who could help the business keep pace with its ambitions. As a premium brand selling unique handcrafted espresso machines, every improvement had to reinforce the buying experience while supporting growth across new markets, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
What started as a technical audit became an ongoing partnership. Working alongside the Anza team, we helped shape the Shopify roadmap, balancing day-to-day improvements with the bigger initiatives that would move the business forward.
As the business evolved, we continued improving the Shopify experience through CRO, retention and technical development. We supported Anza through key moments including international expansion, new product launches and BFCM campaigns, ensuring the store was ready to perform when demand increased. When Anza prepared to launch their new R2 espresso machine, we redesigned the storefront and delivered a customised Shopify theme in 5 weeks.
During our partnership, CR improved by 75%, and 2025 became Anza's strongest sales year despite attracting slightly less traffic than the previous year. More importantly, Anza had a Shopify platform that could continue evolving alongside the business, supporting everything from international expansion to flagship product launches.
